5. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE CONTACT YOU TO START PLANNING?
For the best selection of high-end venues and premium vendors in Mallorca, we recommend reaching out at least 12-18 months before your wedding, especially if you’re getting married during peak season (April to October). However, if you’re on a shorter timeline, we’ll still be able to create an incredible event for you, ensuring everything is organised to perfection.

No, we never take on more than one wedding per day. We believe in offering our clients the full attention and dedication their high-end Mallorca wedding deserves. By limiting ourselves to just one wedding per day, we ensure that every detail is meticulously planned and executed, and that we’re able to focus entirely on your special day.
8. WILL I HAVE A WEDDING PLANNER ON THE WEDDING DAY?
Yes! When you book with Saussure Events, you will have a dedicated, experienced wedding planner & team with you every step of the way. The planner you work with throughout the planning process will be the same planner who will be there on your wedding day, ensuring consistency and a seamless experience. Our team ensures that every aspect of your high-end Mallorca wedding runs smoothly, leaving you free to enjoy every moment.
9. WHAT’S THE PROCESS FOR WORKING WITH YOU?
We start with a consultation (in person or virtually) to understand your vision, preferences, and the type of high-end wedding you’re dreaming of. Once we know exactly what you want, we’ll provide a detailed proposal and begin planning every aspect of your wedding – from venue selection to creating a timeline. Our goal is to make the planning process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible for you. We offer flexible meeting times to accommodate your schedule — especially if you’re planning a destination wedding in Mallorca. We understand that evenings and weekends often work best for our couples abroad. The only exception is when we’re managing a wedding that weekend, as our full attention is dedicated to the event. But we’ll always do our best to find a time that works for you.
10. HOW MUCH DO YOUR SERVICES COST?
Our pricing is tailored to the size, style, and unique needs of your high-end Mallorca wedding. To ensure honesty and transparency, we take an 18% fee on the total budget and do not accept commissions from vendors—what you pay is what you see. We offer bespoke packages designed to bring your vision to life while respecting your budget. Contact us for a consultation, and we’ll provide a detailed proposal based on your specific requirements.

That said, you’re never required to use our preferred vendors. if you’re planning your destination wedding in Mallorca and already have suppliers in mind, we’re happy to collaborate. Our goal is to create a seamless, personalised experience for every couple.
